About This Product
With a nickname like nature’s candy, it’s no surprise that raisins were often the chosen substitutes for additive and sugar-laden candies during our childhood. Tiny black chewy morsels made from dried grapes, our California Black Raisins retain their plumpness but have a much more concentrated sweetness thanks to the elimination of moisture. Our raisins are dried at controlled temperatures and humidity levels for a fruitier, lighter flavour and extra plump raisin. Black raisins are packed with energy and rich in phytonutrients, fibre, vitamins and minerals. Raisins are also naturally sweet and cholesterol-free, they can aid digestion, boost iron levels and help maintain healthy bones.
