With a delicate clear broth that will whet any appetite, this soup helps to cool down the body and reduce internal heatiness of the body system. Not only does it nourish the body with a potent combination of 6 traditional Chinese herbs, it also helps to boost spleen function, improve appetite and enhance your complexion. While most traditional recipes call for it to be boiled with some form of meat, it’s also possible to transform it into a dessert soup! Just exclude meat and add rock sugar into the pot while boiling and voila - a flavourful dessert that’s great for your health and taste buds.
